San Diego Coastal real estate is in the heart of San Diego! It has several beach communities to choose from. La Jolla is known for its beautiful beaches, shopping and upscale beach homes. Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Ocean Beach are more your typical California beach towns.
Downtown San Diego is a great place to live if you are interested in living the metro lifestyle. You can walk to many great places for dining and shopping. Little Italy, Cortez, Columbia, Core, Horton Plaza, Gaslamp, Marina District and East Village are the main downtown areas.
San Diego Central real estate offers more affordable housing and you usually can get a lot more for your money in these communities. They include Tierrasanta, Mission Valley, Mission Hills, North Park, Sorrento Mesa, San Carlos, Del Cerro and Kensington.
East County communities are more desirable to some because it is usually warmer and does not get the fog that rolls in when you are closer to the coast. They include El Cajon, Santee, Alpine, Spring Valley and La Mesa.
South County real estate offers homes and condos near the border in Chula Vista and in great beach towns of Coronado and Imperial Beach.
